Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or ask us to do so, we will use that channel to reply and to follow up on your enquiry or order. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Tell us if you do not want follow-up messages and we will stop.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager on every page. Until you accept, analytics and advertising storage stay switched off. With your consent, Google Tag Manager activates Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags, which set cookies (for example _ga and _gcl_*) to show us how the site is used and how our ads perform. We use this to measure enquiries and improve the site, not to sell data. If you decline, the site works fully without them. Your choice is stored in your browser. To change or withdraw it at any time, use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page. Essential storage needed to run the site does not require consent.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Logistics and courier partners, to deliver your order.
- Our manufacturing partners and approved test laboratories, where needed to build, test or certify the goods you ordered.
- Service providers that run our website, analytics, email and messaging tools, under appropriate safeguards.
- Professional advisers, auditors, banks and tax authorities where required.
- Courts, regulators or law enforcement when the law requires it.
8. Confidential project information
BOQs, drawings, plant layouts, tender documents and pricing you send us are treated as confidential. We use them only to prepare your offer and carry out your order, and we do not use them to quote to other customers. If your project needs a non-disclosure agreement, tell us before you send documents and we will sign one.
9. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you, support the equipment and meet legal obligations, including the tax and accounting record periods set by Indian law. After that we delete or anonymise them. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections on the website. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending information you would not want shared beyond what a quotation needs.
11. Transfers outside India
Some tools we use, such as analytics and messaging services, may process data on servers outside India. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and on the law as it applies at the time.
12. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it where we no longer need it, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot. Write to the contact below and tell us what you need. We may ask you to verify your identity first.
